John Jenkin, Esq. – Founder
John is the creative engine behind Iron N Hyde Customs. A lifelong maker with a mind wired for craftsmanship, he’s spent years sharpening his skills across a wide range of trades. What began as a hobby shared with his wife, Erica, quickly evolved into a passion for leatherwork—where tradition, artistry, and grit collide. While his heart now beats for leather, John also has a deep-rooted love for mechanical artistry and has spent time building and collaborating on custom motorcycle projects. Every detail at Iron N Hyde carries his signature blend of precision and rebellion.
Lady Erica Jenkin – Founder
A true Scottish Lady with a rebel soul, Erica Jenkin is the perfect fusion of elegance, edge, and entrepreneurial grit. Though she once called herself “the most creative non-creative person ever,” she discovered her passion for craftsmanship later in life—and never looked back. With a background steeped in horsepower, both equine and mechanical, Erica’s lifelong appreciation for leather naturally evolved into hands-on artistry. Today, she brings both brains and boldness to Iron N Hyde Customs, shaping the brand’s vision with her sharp eye, strategic mind, and unapologetic flair. Some may say she’s gunpowder and lace—a firecracker in heels, balancing grit with grace in everything she does.
